Cerita Tentang Nuffnang - Part I

Ada beberapa blogger meminta saya menulis tentang Nuffnang.. sejujurnya, saya sedang menunggu masa utk menuntut cek kedua saya.. (read: saya belum sampai ke tahap yg sangat membanggakan.. ada yg tengah tunggu cek ke-3 dan lebih :))

Untuk makluman anda, iklan-iklan Nuffnang terbahagi kepada 3.. CPM, CPC dan mCPM.. Saya akan cuba terangkan mengikut fahaman saya.. paragraph di bawah dipetik dari laman FAQ.

FOR CPM CAMPAIGNS
  • What you earn depends on the number of Average Unique visitors you received in the week that the ad campaign is built.
  • You will then be arranged into specific “Blogger bands” that directly correspond to your number of Average Unique visitors.
  • For each campaign, you will be paid a fixed amount for every ad unit. The amount depends on what your Blogger band is. The higher your Blogger band (i.e. more unique visitors), the higher your earnings.
  • All information on your blogger band and your earnings can be viewed within your CMS Earnings Page. All information will be updated within 3 working days after the ad campaign is completed.

Paragraph di atas menyatakan bahawa jumlah kutipan dibuat berdasarkan nilai purata visitor yg unik ketika iklan tersebut berjalan. Besar kemungkinan, iklan sebegini dijalankan selama seminggu sahaja..

Jadi, kalau dalam minggu tu blog anda ada ramai unique visitors, peratusan utk anda memperoleh pendapatan menerusi iklan ni adalah tinggi.. dan ia melayakkan anda berada dalam band tertentu yg akan menentusahkan jumlah pungutan akhir.. Lagi tinggi band, lagi banyak lah yg masuk.. at least bukanlah 25sen..

Apapun, iklan ini takkan muncul dalam tab Earnings selagi ia belum tamat.. lepas 3 hari tamat, baru kita boleh nampak jumlah pungutan :) Info ni diletakkan dalam table di bawah tajuk CAMPAIGNS.


FOR CPC CAMPAIGNS
  • You earn by the number of unique clicks generated by your unique visitors on the ad unit that is running the CPC campaign.
  • Your earnings will be credited 3 days after the CPC campaign ends. A CPC campaign ends when it reaches its maximum number of clicks.
  • Should your blog display a CPC ad but not generate any clicks on the ad unit, no earnings will be accumulated and updated.

OK.. yg CPC ni pulak.. based on kadar klik yg dihasilkan oleh pelawat yg unik.. Mean to say, kalau A dah klik, then dia klik lagi.. in my opinion, 2nd klik tu tak dikira.. unik di sini, pada hemat saya adalah berdasarkan IP visitor tersebut..

Yg bestnya, selagi tak abis klik, selagi tu ads ni running.. so, kalau tengok kat blog tu ada ads yg dok berlegar-legar lebih dari seminggu (atau kurang.. mak punya sokmo lebih dari seminggu pasal tak abis2 lagi max number of clicks kaedahnya) tu, besar kemungkinan ia adalah CPC.. makanya kena lah memperhebatkan usaha kempen utk mengklik iklan tersebut.. sama macam seperti CPM, lepas 3 hari dia tamat, baru kuar kat table di bawah tajuk CAMPAIGNS..


FOR MCPM (METERED CPM) CAMPAIGNS
  • Advertisers buy a set of unique visitors from your blog that will be able to see their ads on your blog for a certain number of weeks.
  • The earnings for your mCPM campaign will be held in Buffered Earnings while the campaign is running till your blog finish serving the number of uniques the advertisers bought from your blog. Once your blog finish serving the number of uniques, the earnings will be credited to your Current Earnings.

Ha, yg ni la yg bikin byk $$$ :))

Kalau ada yg ternampak table BUFFERED EARNINGS kat atas sekali dalam tab EARNINGS, means your blog is/are having CPMs campaigns.. Lagi ramai unique visitors, lagi cepat dia habis dijalankan.. Ni kira tak payah klik pun takpe.. tapi kalau klik lagi best.. Ha ha ha..

Dulu-dulu, Nuffnang akan bagi email utk menyatakan bahawa blog kita akan menerima mCPM.. tp sekarang ni takde dah.. maybe kes ini berlaku pada saya sahaja.. tau2 je ada dalam Buffered Earnings..

Well, once dah abis jumlah unique visitors yg advertiser beli, jumlah pendapatan akan diletakkan di bawah table bertajuk METERED CAMPAIGNS..
